Metropolitan
Opera
We
were counting the minutes down in the hot metro tunnels and just hoping
that we will be on time at the Opera. There was no more extra time and you
might feel our tension down there. But at last after a few exciting moments we sighed
“What a stunning view!”. In front of us was the Metropolitan Opera. There was a
beautiful fountain and all the lights made people look like silhouettes. We
didn’t have time to enjoy the moment because we had something like two minutes
to rush in and take our seats.
We
saw the opera “La Bohéme”. The story was delicate and the atmosphere
melancholy. The music was beautiful and the sceneries gorgeous. The singers
were extremely skilled and child actors brought more life on the stage. As a
whole experience the night was amazing and unique.
